EHR
AI that is already part of your eCW, put to work: ambient notes, AI assistants, an AI contact center and data exchange across health networks.
We have worked with eClinicalWorks since 2008. eCW, one of the most widely used cloud EHRs in U.S. ambulatory care (more than 180,000 physicians and 110,000 facilities, according to eClinicalWorks), now ships AI across the whole visit: before the patient arrives, in the exam room, in the chart and in billing. Many practices already have these tools and don't use them. We turn them on, configure them for your specialty and workflows, and measure the result.
Last reviewed October 2026. Features, availability and pricing are set by eClinicalWorks and can change. Before any rollout we confirm what your eCW version and contract include.

Sunoh.ai uses ambient listening and voice recognition to turn the provider–patient conversation into a draft progress note. Providers review and edit the note, and can search and document assessments, allergies and orders from the conversation. It works in eClinicalWorks on the desktop, on eClinicalTouch and on eClinicalMobile, and it is EHR-agnostic.
What we do: activation and security settings, voice signatures, note templates for your specialty, a check of how each seat is licensed and billed before go-live, and before/after tracking of the time providers spend on notes.

Built on the eCW AI large language model, the assistants work in plain language inside the EHR: the Progress Notes Review and Result Insights assistants summarize the chart (diagnoses, medications, past results, referrals, future orders) for clinician review; the Problem List Assistant organizes diagnoses by specialty; the Visit Summary and Lab Letter assistants translate into Spanish; and the Front Office, Messaging, Telephone/Web Encounter and Registry assistants speed up daily work.
AI Playlists automate repetitive, multi-step workflows for the front office, clinical staff and billing, with step timing and the option to resume a Playlist where it stopped. What we do: pick the assistants that save your team the most clicks, build Playlists for your workflows and train each role.

healow Genie is eClinicalWorks' AI-driven contact center. It handles patient calls, optimizes call workflows and reduces the call volume that reaches your staff, which improves patient satisfaction at the same time.
What we do: map your current call reasons and volumes, design the call flows, after-hours rules and hand-off to staff, and track abandoned calls and hold times after go-live.

eClinicalWorks is a designated Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN) under TEFCA, and its network, PRISMANet, is free for eCW practices to join. It brings records from outside networks into one longitudinal patient record, generates AI summaries at the patient and encounter level, and lets clinicians search the whole record.
What we do: enrollment, a review of your privacy and release-of-information policies, and training so providers use outside records at the point of care.

UPDATED OCTOBER 2026
The eClinicalWorks releases and programs practices are asking us about most this fall.
Patients share their information with a QR code at check-in; staff scan it with eClinicalMobile and the data fills the chart. Part of the CMS interoperability push; requires a supported eCW version.
AI that finds revenue leaks, reduces claim denials and speeds up reimbursement, with the KPIs practice leaders should watch.
Medi-Span Clinical drug information built into eCW medication management, for safer and faster prescribing.
Specialty forms and flowsheets that collect structured data during the visit instead of free text.
Up to $250,000 for rural North Carolina healthcare organizations for telehealth, EHR modernization, interoperability, remote monitoring and AI. Applications due November 16, 2026.
